10 Pillars of Feminine Leadership

Leading in alignment with our feminine energy allows us as women to be in our full power, and in flow with our natural rhythms.

We do not come across as overly feminine or overly masculine, we are authentic and true to ourselves having found that delicious balance that ensures we gain the results without sacrificing ourselves or our teams. Our whole business profits beyond the dollar, I’d even say beyond the magical ‘triple bottom line’ of people, profit & planet.

  1. Nurture connected relationships

  2. Accept 100% accountability

  3. Seek creativity, and co-creative opportunities

  4. Balance flow with action

  5. Listen deeply, communicate consciously and authentically

  6. Live gently with Mumma Nature

  7. Guided by intuition

  8. Transmute pain into power

  9. Abundant and attract wealth

How many of these feminine leadership principles are you actively engaging in right now? Now read the 10 pillars of leadership as 'I' statements in the context of your work environment, how would you score your current level of feminine leadership?

  1. I always nurture connected relationships

  2. I always accept 100% accountability

  3. I always seek creativity, and co-creative opportunities

  4. I always balance flow with action

  5. I always listen deeply, communicate consciously and authentically

  6. I always live gently with Mumma Nature

  7. I am guided by intuition

  8. I always transmute pain into power

  9. I am abundant and attract wealth

Thinking about the pillars you are already living right now, which one lights you up the most? How could you 'turn up the volume' and increase your impact in this area?

Thinking about the pillars you haven't yet integrated into your life - which one is the most uncomfortable for you? What gifts are hidden n the discomfort of this pillar? If you could take one small step towards living in alignment with this pillar, what would it be?

I'd love to hear your thoughts on these pillars - send me a message or drop a comment on the facebook post
